Delegate Count - Misleaders

I noticed today a few news organizations giving fictional delegate counts out as factual information. I find it misleading at best and possible deceptive.

2012 Republican Delegates (1,144 Needed To Win)

Errors with their data: Iowa 6+7= 13 and not 28 where are the missing 15? possible Voter Fraud As Well
New Hampshire is missing 2 because 7+3 = 10 not 12 the actual delegate count.
Florida & South Carolina look correct due to Winner Take All and there total are correct.
Nevada is Open to Speculation due to possible fraud with many Main Stream Media sources.
Minnesota 2+17+1+4= 24 and not 40 where are the 12 missing delegates.
Colorado 9+17+2+1= 29 and not 36 where are the missing 7 ?
Maine 9+7+3= 19 and not 24 wheres the missing 5 ? Plus fraud.MSNBC Sources, Thanks Rachel Maddow
