Leftist Junkyard Dog Tactics: Lawrence O’Donnell’s Disgusting Alinsky-Style “Gotcha!” Smear Job of Herman Cain, Masquerading As MSNBC Interview (video) Posted By Vicki McClure Davidson on October 7, 2011

Read the Whole Story Here:

You know an MSNBC interview conducted with Herman Cain, a Republican black conservative, by Lawrence O’Donnell, a white, self-proclaimed socialist, has crashed into the quagmire of doom when even fellow leftwing media folks have issues with it for its viciousness, its pettiness, and its racially tinged questions and implications.

O’Donnell made every effort possible to not interview Cain on any of the hot-button topics in America today, but to excoriate him for not serving in Viet Nam. Also, Cain worked for the Navy, but didn’t SERVE in the Navy — O’Donnell became an obnoxious, snarling junkyard dog about both issues, making them seem to be of such importance that he tried to paint Cain as scum who was unfit to run for president.

Uh, Mr. O’Donnell? Bill Clinton and Barack Obama didn’t ever serve in the military. Nor did Hillary Clinton. Nor did former Democrat presidential/adulterous candidate (now disgraced and indicted by a grand jury on six felony charges) John Edwards. Nor did Senate Majority leader Harry Reid, and he’s old enough to have served in several wars, but, uh, DIDN’T. Nor did Department of Justice head Eric Holder, who is on the hot seat for various suspicious doings with the ATF Fast and Furious scandal and the New Black Panthers Party scandal.

Nor did YOU serve in the military, Mr. O’Donnell, nor did you. Although in addition to your writing and work in politics, you also worked as an actor as a recurring character in the cable series Big Love. For a well-off white man like O’Donnell growing up in Boston as the son of an attorney, attacking Cain on his long-ago service record and ignoring his personal triumphs and accomplishments, against many more odds than O’Donnell has ever had to face, is so typical of liberals.

What a slimy hypocrite. A loathsome, disgusting attempt to smear, rather than conduct a legitimate, thought-provoking, informative interview with Cain, who tirelessly worked his way up the ladder of success from virtually nothing — his parents were hard-working but not wealthy, and they instilled in Cain a sense of pride, ethics, and not taking handouts.

O’Donnell also wanted to know why Cain “didn’t do more” during the Civil Rights Movement. Cain would have been barely in his teens during the Civil Rights Movement, which pretty much started with Rosa Parks (called “The First Lady of Civil Rights”) refusing to give up her Montgomery bus seat in 1955 (Cain was only 10 then). Larry, your racism and ignorance are showing, dude.

Saul Alinksy would be sooo proud, as I’m sure George Soros and all the drooling trolls at Media Matters are, too.
